Star Lot : An incredible flat set of antique 19th century Irish Uilleann Pipes (possibly pre famine). A fabulous instrument with turned rosewood stock and bone separators. Stamped Dublin. Featuring direct tie-in to bag. With chanter after Coyne's style and pig-skin bag, including a bass drone. A flat set of uilleann pipes is much rarer to come by and demands tuning of all other instruments to their pitch. This fabulous set of uilleann pipes are possibly crafted by celebrated pipe makers Coyne or Kenna and would certainly be a fabulous addition to any serious collector's collection.
