A fabulous example of an Irish silver strawberry dish, featuring a beautiful scalloped rim and lattice motif. This dish also features a deep centre and features a special "Sword of Light" hallmarked used to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the 1916 rising. Hallmarked Dublin, with a makers mark which states "Jewellery & Metal Manufacturing Co". Good, clean example. Length: 17cm. Weight: a heavy 86.43 grams.
