Star lot: Genuine large original Markey Robinson (1918-1999) oil on board painting in his iconic style signed bottom left by the artist. Mm: 40 cm x 70 cm. This work shows the typical white thatched houses with a mountainous background with four figures in the foreground, that are now synonymous with the artist. Robinson is an Irish painter and sculptor with a primitive representational style. His works are extremely collectable with extensive auction history at all major Irish Auction houses. This work would form a highlight of any Irish art collection.
