An original mid 20th century watercolour painting titled "Scene in Donegal" with an outstretched landscape of rolling mountains and a quiet brook. Signed bottom left Irish watercolourist G. Trevor. Verso features a dedication mentioning the gift of the painting to John Ivers on his retirement.
George Trevor (1930) is a prolific Irish landscapist whose auction sales history is in the low to mid hundreds. The frame has a later, incorrect, addition of W. Trevors.
